In order to improve the legal regulation of anti-corruption issues, eliminate the causes and conditions that give rise to corruption at the enterprise, the Regulation on the Anti-Corruption Commission of UE Zelenstroy of the Central District of Minsk has been developed.
Main task
The main task of the Anti-Corruption Commission is to identify corruption risks and methods for their elimination, develop and ensure the implementation of measures to prevent corruption at the Zelenstroy Municipal Unitary Enterprise in the Central District of Minsk.
In order to achieve concrete results in this area, anti-corruption action plans are developed annually.
As preventive measures — the qualification of members of the competition commission for the procurement of goods, works, and services (public procurement, procurement at their own expense) is improved.
